Home Trades Online LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates deckcountry.com, including the alpha product behind the invite gate and the public Platinum Ambassadors / Design Partner pages (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. AI-Generated Content

All proposals, rate benchmarks, and other content generated by the Service are estimates only — not contracts, bids, or binding agreements. We do not guarantee accuracy of pricing, scope, material costs, or labor rates. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use. Actual costs vary based on local conditions, material availability, and project complexity.

3. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages resulting from your use of AI-generated content, including inaccurate proposals, lost profits, or lost business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

4. General

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to abuse, scrape, or interfere with it. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion. These Terms are governed by California law. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page.
